Michael Benton: Kentucky Tomatillo Avocado Salsa

5 medium tomatillos (husked, rinsed and processed)
2 red, orange or yellow tomatoes (chopped fine)
2 large jalapenos (diced)
2 large garlic cloves (garlic pressed)
1 generous slice of white onion (diced)
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tbls of sea salt
1 ripe medium-large avocado
1/2 half of a lime (juice)
Pepper to taste
