(In a 2002 report it was found that Kentucky’s women rank--in order of states--49th in the percentage of women with Bachelor’s degrees, 48th in political participation, and 50th in health and well-being. Keeping that in mind I was wondering what is the problem and what models there are for the young women I teach in Kentucky.)

I didn't know such a study existed or measured this. I wonder which states were the top 2 worst?
