Subject: Tower Finally Here -Group Hug Everyone
Hello everyone,
After a decade of cutting red tape and raising funds, WRFL is finally boosting its power to 7900 watts on March 15th. This means that cities like Georgetown, Frankfort, Lawrenceburg and Paris, among others, will finally be able to get indie with it (na-na, na-na, na-na, na). Also, on April 23rd we are holding a celebration in honor of the new tower. The celebration will be held at Gumbo Ya-Ya's located on Main Street and will feature the band No Age. The event will be FREE. More bands to be named in the upcoming weeks so stay tuned.
Consider this a virtual hug from WRFL to everyone who has donated time and/or money to this expansion project over the past decade.
