Three Western States To Vote on Marijuana Proposals
Harry--you are so right, all one has to do is map out the history, policy and punishment on cocaine in its two forms of usage in the US: powder and rock.
We can only hope that the increasingly severe drug war will push the libertarian Westerners to join in the effort to unseat "W"
